Snake Skin Photo Montage Tutorial

Hello Photoshop Addicts! Today we're going to do a very simple Snake Skin Photo Montage effect for all the reptile lovers, it's a fair easy but stunning result effect, so let's begin!

For this Tutorial you have to use a pre-made Snake Skin Brush, of course we are giving it for free HERE!, instructions above.

Loading the Brush:

Now that you have download the Brush and placed it in your chosen directory just select your Brush Tool...

Then click on the little arrow on the Brush Options bar...

And finally click the little right arrow and select the Load Brushes Option, now just browse for your Brush on your Hard Drive.

Your brush should be there now.

Once you have installed the brush we can start with the Snake Skin Photo Montage Tutorial.

Step 1:

Ok.first, choose or take the photo, it can be a Home or a Pro photo, size or quality are not a problem, but try to get a nice Solid (Studio-Like) Background.

Step 2:

Press CTRL + SHIFT + N (to make a new layer) and call it "Skin".

Step 3:

Select your Brush Tool.

Now, with your new Snake Skin Brush fill the photo character like this, make sure that all the skin is covered and try to not fill the clothes/hair.

Step 4:

Change your Skin Layer Opacity to 25% or 30%.

Step 5:

Select your Eraser Tool.

Erase all snake texture in the clothes and background, just leave the skin.erase the lips and eyes too.

Step 6:

Press CTRL + SHIFT + E (to merge the layers).

And now press CTRL + B (to make Color Balance) , tweak the values until you get the desired Reptile-Look of the photo, we got this awesome result using the following settings:
